About Stickers:
There's two types of paper currently available: premium matte and removable matte.
  • Premium matte is a better quality paper, smooth, non-removable but sticker colors turn out less vibrant.
  • Removable matte has a lower quality, it's similar to normal printing paper, removable in the first couple of minutes and colors turn out more vibrant. 
    About Custom Orders:
    Yes, I'm open to custom orders! You can contact me trough two ways:

    • Chat on the website (just click on the little Nalp - the mascot - to start chatting!)
    Either way, I'll get back to you in one to two days.
     
    About Shipping:
    At the moment I offer worldwide shipping with tracking included. Since I sell a various amount of planner goodies and each one has a different weight, I can't offer flat rate so, to find out how much shipping is, you can calculate it at the checkout!
    All orders are shipped from Lisbon, Portugal with tracking. Also, shipping times (does not include processing times) may vary depending on where you are. Estimated shipping times are: 
    • Portugal: 3 to 5 business days;
    • Europe: 5 to 10 business days;
    • Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days.
    Please note that these are estimated times. Delays may be applied due to customs, holidays, or others. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

       

    Lost and/or Delayed Orders:
    If your order doesn't arrive on time, please email sales@mystudentplan.shop with your order number.
    • I'll file a claim with my post office so that they can get back to me with informations about where your order is. Please note that this can take quite a long time. 
    • With the feedback my post office gives me we will find a solution to solve the problem.  

    Returned Orders:
    If your order gets back to me I'll be contacting you to let you know. If this happens and you:
    • Want your order - You'll have to pay for shipping again in order for me to resend it. 
    • Don't want your order - I'll refund you the cost of the order (excluding shipping costs. However, if your order contained dated products, I won't be able to refund you because I can't use that product to resell so it's going basically to waste.    
      Other informations:
      You'll have 3 business days upon getting your order to report if something is wrong with your items. After 3 days, there's nothing I can do to help you. Bank deposit is only available to Portuguese customers!
      • If you are a Portuguese customer you can just follow the payment instructions at the checkout. Please note that after 48 hours, if you don't make the payment nor send proof, your order will be cancelled
